Autumn Hills Orchard has been a working orchard for over 80 years and is now one of only two remaining commercial orchards in Groton and the only orchard in Groton that welcomes pick-your-own customers. The current owner has owned the property since 1996 and wishes to find the next steward to continue the orchard, which offers many opportunities for growth. The property is enrolled in Chapter 61A but not subject to any permanent restrictions. The orchard contains nearly 3,400 apple trees, ranging from newly planted to around 40 years old.
